Terms of Service

Welcome to Sharplog ("Sharplog", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sharplog.

1. The service

Sharplog is a private trading journal and analytics tool. You log trades manually; we compute statistics, charts and insights from your input. Sharplog does not provide financial advice, brokerage services or execute trades on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use Sharplog.

3. Subscription, free trial and billing

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice via email.

4. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@usesharplog.com and we will review.

5. Your data

Your trade data is yours. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we store and how.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service. Specifically: do not attempt to reverse-engineer or breach Sharplog, do not upload illegal content, and do not use Sharplog to harass other users (mentors / students). We may suspend accounts that violate this.

7. Disclaimer

Trading involves substantial risk. Sharplog is a record-keeping and analytics tool — not advice. We make no guarantees about trading outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sharplog's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
